An All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial aspirant for Oyo South, Honourable Aderemi Oseni, has declared that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027 will be a walkover, citing the administration’s achievements in the last three years.
Oseni, who is also the lawmaker representing the Ido/Ibarapa federal constituency, said the achievements recorded by the Tinubu administration over the past three years have positioned the president for re-election, insisting that no opposition party can prevent Nigerians from returning him to office for a second term.
He said this on Monday in Ibadan during an empowerment programme he facilitated for farmers in his constituency, where more than 7,000 beneficiaries received farm inputs, agrochemicals and farming tools.
Oseni, who chairs the House of Representatives Committee on the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), also reaffirmed his commitment to mobilising support for the president through the Remi Oseni Committee of Friends (ROCOF). The lawmaker pledged to deliver one million votes for President Tinubu in Oyo State during the 2027 presidential election.
He urged Nigerians to support President Tinubu’s re-election bid to consolidate his achievements in his first tenure as Nigeria’s president.
According to him, a single term cannot correct past mistakes and the nation’s imbalance; hence, the need for President Tinubu to be re-elected and to continue his good work.
Oseni also urged traditional rulers, stakeholders, and Nigerians to support Tinubu in 2027 so that more dividends of democracy can continue to be felt across the country.

The lawmaker called on Nigerians to collect their Permanent Voters Card (PVC) and vote en masse for President Tinubu and all APC candidates in the 2027 elections.
He said, “Nigerians need a God-fearing man like President Tinubu to restore the nation. Since Tinubu came on board, there has been no fuel scarcity again. Governors who owed salaries before can now pay salaries conveniently. Our tax has been reformed. A lot of road infrastructure and many others have sprung up.”
Speaking to beneficiaries of the empowerment, Oseni said the distribution of chemicals, farm tools, and farm inputs to farmers was in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda to tackle hunger and ensure food security nationwide
He said, “About 7,000 people are benefiting from today’s empowerment; we are privileged to give to them today by the government. The essence is to continue encouraging farmers within the federal constituency.
“The support that we are giving commenced barely one and a half years ago, when the issue of food scarcity was becoming a challenge to us as a nation. It is in the light of that that the President encouraged us as representatives of our people to see what we can do to mitigate food scarcity.”
Some of the beneficiaries at the event thanked President Tinubu and Oseni for the gesture while declaring their support for ensuring the victory of all APC candidates in the 2027 state elections.
