10Alytics Business expands market share, acquires Nebiant Analytics

The B2B innovation arm of 10Alytics, 10Alytics Business, has acquired competitor, Nebiant Analytics, as part of its strategic objective of expanding operations within Nigeria and throughout Africa.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of 10Alytics, Chukwuemeka Ikpa, the acquisition will enhance 10Alytics Business’ market share and strengthen its service delivery across key business sectors.

The move underscores both companies’ goal of equipping African professionals and organisations with the skills needed to thrive in an Articifial Intelligence-powered global economy.

Ikpa revealed that the acquisition would bring about a new structure in operations as Nebiant Analytics would cease to exist, adding that course offerings would be streamlined, and existing students registered under Nebiant Analytics would now have access to 10Alytics Business’ well-known certification programs, particularly those approved by the American Council of Training and Development.

“The new learning platform will provide premium, globally competitive skills to Nigerians and Africans as a whole, enabling them to compete for international opportunities. From a product standpoint, 10Alytics Business plans a gradual technical integration to ensure that existing learners can maintain their progress while combining APIs, learner records, and certification tracking,” He stated,” He stated.

The partnership brings together 10Alytics Business’ infrastructure and Nebiant Analytics’ training expertise to create a more robust learning and business ecosystem, the companies said in a joint statement released on Monday.

Nebiant Analytics’ Chief Operating Officer, Muhammad Suleman, said the acquisition reflects a shared commitment to impact, inclusion, and innovation.

He said, “This development is about impact as together, we are empowering more Africans to access world-class data and AI education while helping organisations across the continent embrace data-driven transformation. This partnership strengthens our shared mission to make Africa a leader in the global digital economy.”

10Alytics Founder, Adeiza Suleman, noted that the acquisition represents a powerful synergy, with members of the Nebiant Analytics team joining 10Alytics’ learning and engineering divisions to combine expertise, maintain continuity, and accelerate innovation.

“Rather than remain competitors, we now have the opportunity to grow together. The acquisition brings complementary strengths, from Nebiant Analytics’ community and specialised courses to 10Alytics’ scale and corporate reach, positioning us to create more meaningful career outcomes for African tech talent,” Suleman stated.

According to him, the merger will help 10Alytics Business expand its footprint and deepen its market presence in Nigeria and beyond.
