₦18m Empowerment: Prince Ukeme Ukpong Foundation Announces 2026 Scholarships & Grants

The Prince Ukeme Ukpong Mega Foundation has announced an ₦18 million commitment for its 2026 Learn, Excel & Empower with Prince Ukeme Ukpong initiative, targeting students, entrepreneurs and underserved communities in Akwa Ibom State.

The foundation said the funding would support scholarships and business grants, expanding access to education and livelihood opportunities.

Its interventions include 147 tertiary scholarships, 74 school fee payments, 360 educational bursaries and 119 business grants. It has also supported 23 persons with disabilities and provided 33 livelihood support packages, including cars, motorcycles and working tools.
More than 1,500 women in underserved communities have benefited from its programmes.

The foundation said it has committed more than ₦70 million to education and business support.

The 2026 edition is expected to provide assistance to deserving students, business owners and people in underserved communities.

However, the announcement did not provide application dates, eligibility requirements or details on how beneficiaries can apply.

The initiative, known as Learn, Excel & Empower, is returning for a year of support across the state.
