According to a report by Daily Post on Monday, March 9, 2026, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Joe Igbokwe, has strongly criticised Daniel Bwala over comments he made about the ruling party.
Bwala, who is an aide to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had earlier spoken about political issues in the country, which sparked reactions from some members of the APC.
Reacting to the remarks, Igbokwe accused Bwala of not telling the truth and questioned his statements about the party.
“You’re a liar,” Igbokwe said while responding to Bwala’s comments.
The APC chieftain also criticised Bwala’s political position, suggesting that his statements were misleading and could cause confusion among party supporters.
The exchange has attracted attention on social media, with many Nigerians discussing the disagreement between the two political figures.
Bwala, a former member of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), later joined the APC and currently serves as a presidential aide.
Political observers say disagreements like this often happen within political parties, especially as discussions about the country’s political direction continue ahead of future elections. As of the time of this report, Bwala had not publicly responded to Igbokwe’s criticism.See_More…
