A Nigerian lady has sparked massive reactions online after sharing controversial advice to married men on how to handle cheating wives.
In a viral post shared by @Rene_noire on X (formerly Twitter), the woman urged husbands not to walk away when their wives cheat but to pray, endure, and remain calm instead.
She wrote, “My dear, marriage is not a bed of roses oh. You have to endure. When your wife is cheating, that’s when you pray the most. Don’t let small small boys fool you outside or collect your blessing.”
According to her, men should remain patient, cook their wives’ favourite meals, dress neatly, and talk to them calmly. She added, “Women are like babies. One day, she will change.”
Her tweet quickly went viral, drawing thousands of reactions from Nigerians on X. While some people praised her for preaching peace and forgiveness, others criticised her for promoting suffering in the name of marriage.
