“When?…” – DJ Cuppy reacts as Pastor Adeboye sets up special prayer for unmarried youths

DJ Cuppy, daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, has stirred social media with her reaction to Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s announcement of a special prayer session for unmarried youths.

Pastor Adeboye Announces Special Prayer for Singles

The session, announced on Thursday, October 30, by Oladele Balogun, Pastor Adeboye’s special assistant on Administration, is aimed at unmarried youths, mature singles, waiting mothers, and their families.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) explained that the special prayer is intended to provide spiritual guidance and support for those seeking marital breakthroughs and personal blessings.

Rising Number of Singles in Nigeria

Citing recent population statistics, Pastor Adeboye said that singles and mature singles make up over 40% of Nigeria’s adult population.

This growing demographic has inspired the church to organize a dedicated session to pray for their spiritual, personal, and marital needs.

Event Details

The special prayer is scheduled for November 2 during the November 2025 Thanksgiving Service at The Throne of Grace, RCCG National Headquarters, Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

The program will commence at 8:00 a.m., with attendees gathering to seek blessings, guidance, and spiritual transformation.

Reacting to the announcement, DJ Cuppy took to social media with a curious comment.

She wrote: “When? Am asking for a friend.”
