Kayode Egbetokun disclosed in the video that appeared online that Bola Tinubu had advised him during his tenure as governor of Lagos state that a good leader must have a succession strategy.
Olatunji Disu’s selection as the Inspector General of Police makes him happy today, he said.
He stated the following:
I recall picking up some knowledge from him. From Mr. President, I learned a lot. However, when he served as governor of Lagos state, he uttered something that I recall.
He formerly argued that a strong leader needs to invest in their potential successors and have a succession plan in place. I’m delighted that one of the people I invested in as the probable successors in the Nigeria Police Force, NPF, has been deemed to be the best fit for the position.See_More…
