Two Kaduna hajj officials grab national spotlight with awards

Two Kaduna Hajj officials have grabbed the spotlight after being honoured for their outstanding service during the recent Hajj pilgrimage.

The Independent Hajj Reporters (IHR) recognised their efforts at a ceremony in Abuja over the weekend.

Hajiya Halima Lawal Babale, Acting Director of Administration and Finance, and Alhaji Surajo Umar, Head of Accounts, were applauded for going above and beyond to ensure Kaduna pilgrims had smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experiences.

Their dedication has set a benchmark for other officials nationwide, highlighting how commitment and professionalism can transform pilgrim welfare and make a real impact.

The National Coordinator of IHR, Ibrahim Mohammed, praised the duo for their tireless service, saying their efforts were crucial to the smooth running of the pilgrimage. He added that celebrating such achievements inspires others to elevate their standards.
