The battle line between Tom Sandoval and his ex keeps getting redrawn.
The Bravo star and his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson, have been going at it with legal brawls, restraining orders, and physical abuse allegations. The “Vanderpump Rules” star and his former lover have brought scathing claims against each other to light as their legal battle lingers on.
Tom Sandoval and his ex reportedly started dating in 2024. The relationship seemed blissful, filled with PDA and several public appearances till they split after being together for over two years last May.
Sandoval submitted recent court documents in which he alleges his ex abused him multiple times over the course of their relationship. He filed a new declaration in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, August 3, as part of his ongoing restraining order case against Robinson.
The documents show that the TV personality claims that during one of the multiple times his ex-girlfriend physically abused him, she kicked him in the groin in front of his bandmates. As per the filing, the specific incident took place during a tour stop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on October 10, 2025.
He claims Robinson kicked him “repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my bandmates, tour crew and fans” and yelled insults at him such as “You have a tiny f-cking p-nis! F-ck you!”
The court documents obtained by PEOPLE also show that the reality TV star’s latest filing also alleges that during a time in June 2025 when he and his band auditioned for “America’s Got Talent,” his former partner “created conflict and caused me stress.” Sandoval further alleges that she called him more than 20 times, leaving him “overwhelmed and adversely affected my performance.”
Victoria Lee Robinson Denies Her Ex’s Allegations
According to the court documents, Sandoval claimed that the model was under the influence when she kicked him in the groin and had to be carried out of the venue by security because she could not walk on her own.
He added that whenever Robinson joined his band on tour, “her behavior was illicit and highly disruptive” and “multiple venues” allegedly “raised concerns regarding her cocaine usage backstage.”
The 34-year-old model has refuted the claims in a recent statement. She explained her own version of events, revealing that she “had taken a shot” and asked her then-boyfriend to take care of her, but he paid no heed. She alleges that she went back to bed on the bus and only asked Sandoval to “keep the noise down.”
“I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him,” she categorically stressed in her statement. Her attorney questioned the timing of the reality TV star’s claims, stating that it was “odd” that the allegations “surfaced almost a year later, the week before a court hearing.”
The ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Alum Claimed His Safety Was Threatened During His Relationship
Sandoval released a statement last month after Robinson’s request at a restraining order against him was denied by the court. He claimed that the model whom he dated from January 2024 to June 2026 was the abuser in their relationship and he was a victim of physical and verbal abuse.
The TV personality stated that “he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior.” As reported by The Blast, he also plans to prove that he suffered physical as well as emotional abuse as the case proceeds in court.
In his filing for a restraining order against Robinson and her father, which the Bravo alum submitted to the court on June 25, he included extensive photographic evidence of the alleged abuse. It was also reported that the musician included footage of an incident where his former lover was punching him in the face.
Robinson alleged, as per her filing, that the Bravo star had been physically and verbally abusive towards her. She claimed that during a heated argument with her ex in May, he shoved her to the ground, elbowed her in the chest, locked her out of their hotel room, and went through her personal items.
She also claimed that a previous incident occurred on August 30, 2025, where Sandoval pushed her down the stairs, leaving her with “visible injuries” on her knees.
The Blast reported that Robinson’s legal filing made in court on July 3 detailed instances of verbal abuse that she alleged began early in their relationship in 2024 and went on till they parted ways. She claimed that on multiple occasions, Sandoval had referred to her as “stupid,” “dumb,” and “a coward.”
Tom Sandoval Reportedly Got Physical With His Ex’s Father
There was a heated altercation between the former lovers at their Los Angeles rental home on June 3 that resulted in the intervention of the police. Footage from the incident shows Sandoval shoving his ex’s father into a lit fire pit amid arguments.
The Blast reports that the Bravo alum charged at Robinson after suspecting that she was recording the exchange when her father, Will, got in between the duo. As he tried to pull the reality TV star from his daughter, Sandoval pushed back, landing Will in the fire pit.
The fall was severe, resulting in multiple injuries, including a deep cut to Will’s heel that required medical intervention, a herniated disc, and a dislocated thumb. Sandoval’s legal team claims that the injuries were not from the incident but rather were caused by Will punching a hole in the wall.
This incident fueled Robinson’s decision to request for a restraining order against her ex for herself and her father. She stated that she fears the TV personality would seek out her dad with the desire to harm him.
Will Tom Sandoval emerge on top in this legal battle against his ex?
