Tinubu to meet Trump after threat to invade Nigeria

Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu is scheduled to meet with US President, Donald Trump after his threat to invade Nigeria over alleged Christian genocide.

It would be recalled that in a recent post on Truth Social, Trump vowed to invade Nigeria to attack Islamic terrorists responsible for the killings of Christians.

Furthermore, he directed the US Department of Defense to prepare for potential military action in Nigeria.

Tinubu To Meet Trump

According to Daniel Bwala, Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Policy Communication, both presidents share a common interest in combating insurgency and terrorism against humanity.

In his post, he revealed that a meeting between the two presidents is scheduled.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at either the State House in Abuja or the White House in Washington DC.

President Trump has assisted Nigeria a lot by authorizing the sale of arms to Nigeria and President Tinubu has adequately utilized the opportunity in the fight against terrorism for which we have massive results to show for it

As for the differences as to whether terrorists in Nigeria target only Christians or in fact all faiths and no faiths, the differences if they exist would be discussed and resolved by the two leaders when they meet in the coming days, either in State House or White House.
