Popular TikTok couple Chiangel and Rasta Man, who once captured the hearts of Nigerians with their raw “ghetto love story,” have gone their separate ways amid shocking allegations of domestic abuse.
The pair rose to fame through unfiltered videos that showcased their modest lifestyle, struggles, and unique bond. Their story resonated with many, especially as Chiangel’s consistency in content creation began to pay off, bringing them gifts, opportunities, and eventually a new apartment. To their fans, they symbolized a love story that blossomed against all odds.
However, their fairytale took a dark turn. Reports surfaced that Chiangel moved her belongings out of their shared home, signaling the end of their relationship. In response, Rasta Man released videos accusing her of having a bad character and insisting that God had “rescued” him from the union.
Chiangel has since fired back, countering his claims with disturbing allegations of her own. She revealed that despite living together for five years, Rasta Man never paid her bride price.
