Senator Adams Oshiomhole representing Edo State has accused the opposition ADC of pouring resources into a plot to hack the INEC portal ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
Speaking in a media coverage by Channels TV, Oshiomhole alleged that the opposition are bitter because the Senate has now shut that door firmly. “They have been crying and distorting facts about what is going on with the next election. They had invested all their money to hack the INEC portal. Now that has been blocked. So if they structured their plans around rigging electronically the way they attempted in 2015, that their hope has now been dashed,” he said.
Oshiomhole went further, pointing to recent political developments as proof that momentum is firmly behind President Tinubu. He highlighted the defection of the Adamawa State Governor — from the home state of Atiku Abubakar — to the APC as a particularly significant signal.
Oshiomhole also urged Nigerians to stay with Tinubu’s administration. “With Tinubu as our President, after carrying out a comprehensive and painful surgery on the Nigerian economy, every wise patient must follow up to ensure that the doctor continues to administer the medication as the patient regains strength and begins to recover, so that Nigeria will remain what it was destined to be — the true Giant of the African world and the biggest economy in Africa,” he said.See_More…
