“These are false” – Lucky Udu tearfully debunks accusation by Sky B

Nigeria content creator and activist Lucky Udu, has set social media on fire after releasing a tearful video where he addressed accusations allegedly linked to veteran singer Sky B.

In the emotional clip, Udu could be seen crying bitterly, swearing on his life that he has never taken anybody’s money for selfish gain. He declared, “If I take anybody’s money, let me die.

This comes after his earlier viral documentary on Sky B, the “Ma Bebe” crooner who was once a household name but is now struggling to survive. Lucky Udu had shocked many Nigerians when he revealed that Sky B was living in poor conditions in Port Harcourt with his wife and five children, cut off from royalties and without even a phone.

While his revelations drew sympathy and donations for the musician, drama quickly followed. Allegations began to spread that Lucky Udu had mismanaged money raised during the campaign. Some even accused him of using Sky B’s story for clout.

The activist, however, insists the accusations are nothing but lies. In his words:

“These are false accusations! I have never taken what does not belong to me. If I take anybody’s money, may I not live to see tomorrow.”

The saga has now become one of the hottest gists on Nigerian social media, with many asking: who is really telling the truth?

One thing is certain, the words “If I take anybody’s money, let me die” have become the center of this controversy, and whether they clear Lucky Udu’s name or haunt him will depend on what happens next.
