Controversial reality show star, Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha has berated some Nigerians over what she described as selective criticism amid economic crisis facing the country.
The former Big Brother Naija housemate slammed followers of politicians for focusing on Lagos State development and President Bola Tinubu‘s administration alone.
Tacha noted that the country is going through hard time because the citizens are failing to hold their political representatives accountable.
She insisted that their are 36 state governors, 109 senators and 360 members of the lower chamber, who should be responsible for the welfare of their constituencies.
Tacha noted that despite increase of Federal allocation, some state governors are still paying below minimum wage.
Gistreel.com reports that the development is coming, following a recent remark made by a social media Influencer, @Scott Iguma, who branded Yorubas living in Lagos as tribalist.
He stressed that many of the Yorubas are afraid of selling their lands and renting of houses to non-indigenes due to fear of hijacking their state.
Reacting in a viral video vial her X page on Monday, Tacha said that all Nigerians should also apply their draging energy on other politicians and not Lagos state and President Tinubu alone.
She said: “This the point i was trying to push across. If information no agend, una no go rest. Nigerians like to act like it is only one political position we have in this country. You all need to understand that we have several political positions in Nigeria.
“These leaders we have voted into power have understood that Nigerians like to drag only two people in the country, every Nigerians have believed that their problem is Tinubu.”

@enzo_uzor: Last week, a professor was blaming ASIWAju for not constructing trunk C roads and building state of the art PHCs in his community in Abia state . He was lamenting that ” no doctors , no nurses , no drugs , dilapidated structures etc etc”
@Montero1016: This is what influencers should be doing instead of leading youths astray and igniting hate online.
@Talk2warith: More reason Nigeria must return to a regional government system. A centralized structure in a country as large and diverse as ours only fuels lack of accountability, tribal sentiments, and disunity.
“Right now, all the blame is pushed on the President, while governors, ministers, and appointees waste taxpayer’s money without real responsibility to their communities. In a regional system, every leader would be forced to deliver, knowing they can’t hide behind Abuja. Healthy competition, transparency, and true development will follow..
@bayorinde21:Lol! I can categorically tell you that no LG chairman is getting anything. The Governors don’t release to the LG.
