American singer, D4VD has transferred home properties to his mother amid an investigation into the discovery of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas’ body in his Tesla.

Notably, D4VD has been in the headlines after the body of Celeste Rivas was discovered in his abandoned Tesla on September 8, 2025.

According to new legal documents obtained from TMZ, the singer transferred deeds of his two Houston-area residences under a trust to his mother.

TMZ reported that changes were made on September 18 and 22, 2025.

According to TMZ, on September 18, 2025, cops were called to one of the singer’s homes for a swatting incident.

It would be recalled that The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) executed a search warrant at D4VD’s rental home in Hollywood Hills as part of the investigation into the discovery of Celeste Rivas’ body in his vehicle.

During the search, authorities seized electronic devices and other items as evidence, and the case is currently being treated as a homicide investigation.

The ongoing investigation has led to the singer canceling his US and European tour dates.

Recall that D4VD’s “Withered” World Tour commenced in August 2025.

The tour was set to run until November 2025, covering North America and Europe.
