A Nigerian farmer has taken to social media to lament the abduction of her sister during the Kwara church attack.
Earlier, Gistreel reported that the Kwara church attack unfolded on the evening of Tuesday, 18 November 2025, when heavily armed gunmen stormed the Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku, Ekiti Local government.
During the service they opened fire, killing three worshippers and wounding a vigilante.
According to security operatives, at least two deaths and one injury have been recorded, and the attackers fled through bush paths.
Farmer Cries Out Over Cousin’s Abduction
According to the farmer, with the Facebook handle, Adesola Yinka, her cousin was among the abducted church members.
In the viral post, she disclosed that her cousin was kidnapped alongside with her baby.
Her post reads, “My cousin was among the abducted from CAC church by bandits in Ekuru. She’s with her baby”.
Meanwhile, a Nigerian man on the microblogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) shared that his grandmother is safe after the terrifying Kwara church raid.
In a clip circulating online , the elderly woman was seen shuffling out of the Christ Apostolic Church in Eruku.
He confirmed she wasn’t among the individuals kidnapped firing the incident.
They didn’t kill my grandma,” He wrote, adding a tearful emoji.
