Hajia Adama, the widow of the late Professor Yusuf Lanre Badmas, the former Dean of Post Graduate School, University of Ilorin, is dead.
NAIJAONPOINT gathered that Hajia Adama died on Wednesday and would be buried today (Thursday) at Maimasa Compound, Oja-gboro Ilorin at 9am.
Recall that her husband, Prof. Badmas died recently in a Lagos Hospital after brief illness.
He was described as a fantastic academician by many people including the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar CFR and the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR for his contributions to the propagation of Islam, scholarships and mentorship in Nigeria.
