Arise Television anchor, Rufai Oseni, has drawn attention to the poor feeding situation in a Nigerian school after sharing a video of the meal the students were given.
The video showed students being served eba alongside a watery soup, which appeared to be malnourished and lacking in nutrients.
The soup contained no visible protein such as meat or fish, raising concerns about the quality of meals being provided to the children.
Despite the poor meal, the students appeared unbothered by it, as some were seen eating it with relish.
Netizens lament students’ poor feeding condition
Nigerians who viewed the video were indignant, expressing utter displeasure over the malnourished meal they served students.

@BankolePh said: “The politicians in Nigeria send their children abroad and confine the children of the masses into poverty. I am certain you will never find the child of a politician in this school.
Even prisoners in UK, US, Canada are not subjected to this gross abuse! They are fed much better.
But it’s the parents of these malnourished children that will keep defending the wicked politicians! Go figure”
@MenkitiC said: “Malnourished pupils. Like

@pledge2nigeria said: “Bottom line – Anything goes in Nigeria .
No accountability & transparency.
No repercussions for wrongdoing as long as you’re connected to the right crook.
As a result, their parents will praise, sing and dance for their oppressors”
