Billionaire politician, Ned Nwoko has addressed ongoing reports about his marriage to Regina Daniels, denying claims that he wants her back in his house.
This comes after the actress publicly told him to leave her alone and move on with his life, claiming he is dragging her in public while allegedly begging her privately.
In a statement released by his team, Ned described Regina’s recent behaviour as being under the influence of hard drugs, adding that many of her words and actions have been untrue.
“Regina was not violent before, but in the last eight months she began lying, neglecting hygiene, and letting her environment become dirty. Ned had to encourage her to shower and sleep in her room. When Phyna and her friends got involved, he tolerated them only to manage the situation.”
It also referenced a WhatsApp message sent on 17th October, in which Ned issued a strict ultimatum: “Return to rehabilitation or I will no longer fund your lifestyle.”
According to him, Regina allegedly went berserk after receiving the message, destroying cars and other property.
He recounted a shocking incident where he woke up to find Regina filming him in his bathroom and posting the video online.
“I woke up one morning around 5 a.m. to use the bathroom and suddenly found Regina there. I was shocked that she filmed me and posted it online. That is how irrational she had become in those moments,” he said.
He added that Regina was doing well in rehabilitation until her birthday, when she allegedly hosted a four-day party at a hotel in Wuse 2, reportedly involving drugs, violence, and clashes with police.
Ned’s team urged those around her to ensure proper therapy, stating that if not for anything for the sake of her kids.
