Regency Alliance Insurance Plc also expanded its issued shares after listing 3,684,210,525 additional ordinary shares on Monday, September 28.
The shares arose from the company’s private placement, under which shares were offered at 95 kobo each.
Following the listing, Regency Alliance’s issued and fully paid-up shares increased from 18,679,385,062 to 22,363,595,587 shares.
The newly listed shares represent an increase of approximately 19.7 percent over the company’s previous issued shares.
At the 95 kobo placement price, the 3.684 billion shares listed correspond to about N3.50 billion.
