Hon. Aliyu Lawal Zakari has been redeployed from Youth and Sports Development to the Ministry of Agriculture. Hajiya Zainab Musa Musawa moves from Basic and Secondary Education to the Ministry of Special Duties.

Hon. Yusuf Suleiman Jibia is now Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, while Engr. Surajo Yazid Abukur takes charge of Youth and Sports Development.

Hajiya Aisha Aminu, formerly Director-General of the Katsina State Enterprise Development Agency (KASEDA), has been appointed Commissioner for Women Affairs.

The governor also named Hajiya Hadiza Abubakar Yar’Adua as Special Adviser on Nutrition and Welfare Services, and Isa Muhammad Musa as Special Adviser on Cultural Orientation.

Governor Radda congratulated the new appointees, urging them to view their appointments as an opportunity to serve the people of Katsina rather than as a reward. He called on them to demonstrate loyalty, diligence, and commitment to advancing the state’s development agenda.
