Roland Mehrez Beainy, a 28-year-old Lebanese national and co-owner of Trump Burger, arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
According to reports, Roland Mehrez Beainy was arrested on May 16, 2025, for overstaying his visa and placed in immigration proceedings.
However, on June 13, an immigration judge granted him bail, and his case remains pending.
He entered the United States in 2019 on a non-immigrant visitor visa, but failed to depart by February 12, 2024, as required.
Recall that Trump Burger held its grand opening on April 19 at 3410 Chimney Rock Road in Houston.
This marks the chain’s fourth Houston-area location, following locations in Kemah, Bellville, and Flatonia.
