NYSC confirms call-up letters and deployment details for 2025 batch c

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released deployment details for prospective members of the 2025 Batch C.

The scheme confirmed on Monday via its official X handle that call-up letters are now available.

It noted that some corps members originally posted to Lagos and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) will attend orientation in neighbouring states.

According to the NYSC, “some prospective corps members deployed to Lagos have their orientation course in Ekiti, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun and Osun camps,” while “some deployed to FCT will be in Kaduna, Niger and Nasarawa camps.”

Prospective corps members are advised not to travel at night to the orientation camp,” the NYSC added in its travel advisory, stressing safety precautions.

Camp capacity constraints affect placements

The development follows earlier reports that camp capacity across Nigeria is limited, with only about 40 per cent of registered prospective corps members able to be accommodated in the upcoming orientation programme.

The NYSC further reminded PCMs to print and sign all required documents before camp, which must be submitted during registration.

This is in line with efforts to streamline the registration process and reduce delays on arrival.

Preparing for orientation

With registration completed online from November 4–9, the NYSC encourages all prospective corps members to review their call-up letters and ensure all documents are in order ahead of camp.

The scheme’s mobilisation timetable remains crucial for smooth orientation exercises across all designated states.

Prospective members and parents are advised to monitor official NYSC channels for updates and adhere to all instructions to avoid delays or complications during deployment.
