“Nigeria is now blessed with Tinubu that is committed to ending insecurity” – Sunday Dare

Special Adviser, Media and Public Communication/Spokesperson to the President, Sunday Dare, has commended President Bola Tinubu’s strong commitment to ending insecurity and fostering unity among Nigerians.

Dare made the remark in a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account on Tuesday, describing Tinubu as a leader “blessed with vision and purpose” to confront the nation’s challenges.

Tinubu’s leadership hailed as a unifying force

According to Dare, Nigeria is fortunate to have a president who is “committed to ending the scourge of terror and insecurity” and promoting peace among people of different faiths. He said President Tinubu “embodies the essential Nigerian story of peaceful faith relations.”

Dare further stated that Tinubu is “ready and steadfast in the pursuit of collaborations to advance religious peace and tolerance, better economic ties and building a resilient country.”

He emphasised that despite the diversity of faiths in Nigeria, the nation’s destiny remains shared, urging citizens to embrace unity and hope.

“While our faiths will continue to differ, our destinies do not. Nigeria is not a land of persecution, it is a land of opportunities. It is a land of shared grief and shared hope — where Christians and Muslims have suffered together. They will rebuild together, and will, by God’s grace, continue to rise together,” he wrote.

Dare calls for collective responsibility

Dare encouraged Nigerians to support the president’s efforts in restoring national peace and stability, adding that collective faith and resilience will help rebuild the nation from the impact of insecurity and economic hardship.
