NEWS IN: Tension As Report Indicates That Newly Appointed Iran Supreme Leader Is Dead, Details

Conspiracy theories circulating online have sparked speculation that Iran’s reported new Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, may already be dead.

The claims emerged shortly after reports suggested that Mojtaba had succeeded his father, Ali Khamenei, following his death. However, the allegations remain unverified and have largely been driven by online commentators and political analysts.

One of the voices fueling the speculation is Bill Mitchell, who questioned how a leader could be considered “unkillable,” suggesting that such a scenario could mean the leader was already dead.

“How do you choose a supreme leader who cannot be killed? You pick one who is already dead,” Mitchell claimed in a post on March 9.

The theory gained traction after observers pointed out that Mojtaba Khamenei has not appeared publicly since the outbreak of tensions between Iran and the United States. Critics argue that the absence of public appearances is unusual for a leader expected to assume one of the most powerful political and religious roles in Iran.

Earlier reports from Associated Press also added to the confusion after citing claims that Mojtaba was seriously ill and had only a few days left to live.

However, Iranian state media quickly dismissed the reports. Mehr News Agency insisted that Mojtaba Khamenei is alive and in good health, contradicting the rumours circulating online.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump has publicly expressed dissatisfaction with Mojtaba Khamenei’s reported appointment as Iran’s Supreme Leader. Speaking to reporters, Trump said he was “not happy” with the leadership choice but declined to disclose any possible response from the United States.

The speculation comes amid heightened geopolitical tensions and growing scrutiny over Iran’s leadership transition.See_More…
