Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri has recounted how his wife treated women he was romantically involved with, despite knowing about their relationships with him.
Speaking during a recent interview, the actor revealed that some of his concubines would befriend his wife before gossiping to her about his relationships with actresses.
According to Quadri, some of the women he dated reported his involvement with other women to his wife out of jealousy, even though she already knew about their relationships.
He explained that his wife would simply tell them she was aware of the situation rather than fight them over it.
“My concubines will make friends with my wife and go and gossip to her that her husband is sleeping with a particular actress, and there are some that am dating among them, that went to gossip to my wife out of jealousy, meanwhile my wife knows we’re dating,” he recounted.
Quadri further disclosed that his wife continued to accommodate the women when they visited his home, even when film production kept them there until midnight.
He explained that some would sleep over at his house on Kano Street after filming, yet his wife would still provide them with food and other necessities.
“Sometimes when we do production till midnight, and they end up sleeping in my house in Kano Street, despite knowing am dating them, she will still give them food and everything,” he added.
His account has drawn attention to his wife’s response to the relationships and the unusual circumstances he described in his personal life.
