Pete Edochie, a veteran Nollywood actor, has stated that his parents were living in Makurdi at the time he was born. He explained that when it was time for his mother to give birth to him, she travelled to Enugu where she eventually gave birth to him
In an interview with AIT, Edochie said his mother later returned to Makurdi to reunite with his father. He stated that his father was working with the railway station in Makurdi at that time. He said his mother carried him as a baby back to Makurdi after his birth.
In Edochie’s words: “My parents were staying at Makurdi and when it was time for me to be born my mother came down to Enugu, gave birth to me and went back to Makurdi to rejoin my father. So I was born in Enugu but at the same time I was born at Makurdi”See_More…
