Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Oluwatosin Ajibade, professionally known as Mr Eazi, has married Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire oil magnate Femi Otedola, in an exclusive wedding ceremony held in Iceland.
The intimate celebration took place at Reykjavík’s renowned Hallgrímskirkja Church, which was specially adorned with floral arrangements and reserved exclusively for the private event. The “Skin Tight” hitmaker and his bride exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family members and friends.
The wedding gained public attention when comedian Broda Shaggi shared footage from the celebration on his Instagram Story, featuring moments with the groom and billionaire Aliko Dangote, Africa’s wealthiest individual. Among the notable attendees were the bride’s sister, popular DJ Florence “DJ Cuppy” Otedola, and their mother.
The couple started dating in 2017 and announced their engagement in April 2022 when Temi posted a 38-second video of Mr Eazi’s proposal on social media. Their romance culminated in marriage nearly three years after their engagement. True to their earlier expressed wishes, the pair opted for an intimate, low-key wedding ceremony away from the public eye.
