The MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF), managed by ARM Investment Managers Limited, has declared interim distributions for the first half (H1) of 2026 with Series I investors set to receive ₦2.8022 per unit and Series II investors to receive ₦8.6136 per unit, subject to the applicable withholding tax.
According to a corporate action announcement, the distributions will be paid to eligible unitholders whose names appear on the Fund’s register at the close of business on July 10, 2026.
The Fund has fixed July 10, 2026 as the qualification date, while the register of unitholders will be closed from July 13, 2026, in preparation for the distribution exercise.
Dividend payments are scheduled for July 15, 2026, when qualified investors who have completed the electronic dividend registration process will receive their distributions directly into their designated bank accounts.
ARM Investment Managers advised investors who are yet to enroll for the e-dividend payment platform to complete the registration process through the Fund’s registrar, Africa Prudential Plc, or their respective banks to ensure prompt receipt of future distributions.
The announcement highlights MREIF’s commitment to providing periodic returns to investors as the Fund continues to expand its real estate investment portfolio.
Launched to support Nigeria’s housing finance and real estate development objectives, the MOFI Real Estate Investment Fund is designed to mobilise long-term capital for residential and commercial property investments while offering investors exposure to income-generating real estate assets.
The latest interim distribution reinforces the Fund’s income-focused investment strategy and provides investors with returns generated from its underlying real estate portfolio during the first half of 2026.
