“Men carry a lot of pressure, women rarely steal” – Blord explains why most of his staff Are female

Blord recently sparked discussion online after explaining why most of his employees are women.

According to him, men carry more societal pressure, while women face less, which he believes affects workplace behaviour and honesty when handling large sums of money.

Blord highlights gender differences in workplace honesty

He added that when a man works in an organisation where millions of naira pass through his hands without stealing, it is usually because he is content with what he has. Blord noted that women also steal, but he considers it rare.

Providing concrete figures, Blord revealed that in 2025 his company disbursed ₦1.1 billion in salaries, paying roughly ₦90 million every month, highlighting the scale of operations managed primarily by female staff.
