Man, 43 Arraigned For Defiling Neighbour’s Girl, 15 & Inducing Several Abortions

A 43-year old man, Adamu Ismaila, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly engaging his neighbour’s 15-year old girl in sex and inducing several abortions on her.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened between 2023 and November, 2025, at Adejuwon Street, Fagba Lagos.

According to the Police, the suspect, Ismaila Adamu, has been having sex with the victim since 2023 when she was 15 and has been providing drugs for her to abort it until November, 2025.

However, after he gave her the drugs to abort the pregnancy, there were complications because the drugs started causing her abdominal pains. She then opened up to her mother but her mother concealed it.

The matter was reported to the Police at the Gender Section of the State Command. The operatives moved into action, arrested and detained the suspect at the Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the victim.

After thorough interrogation, the Police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence which attracts several years of imprisonment.

The charge read:

“That you, Adamu Ismaila ‘m’, between 2023 till November 2025, at Adejuwon Street, Fagba Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did defile the victim, ‘f 17years by having unlawful canal knowledge of her and thereby committed an offence punishable ander Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.

The prosecutor, Mr. Lucky Ihiehie, moved a motion asking the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the seriousness of the allegations.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O.Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.

The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.

Man, 38, Docked For Engaging Neighbour’s Daughter In Sex

A 38-year old man, Ezekiel Olarinkoye, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly engaging his neighbour’s 6-year old daughter in sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the suspect,  Ezekiel Olarinkoye, has been arrested and charged for the alleged defilement under the Criminal Law of the State over his alleged conduct.

The incident happened on 10th December, 2025, at Jagunmolu Street, Iju – Ishaga, Lagos.

According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim, engaged her in sex and thereafter the victim revealed what happened and mentioned him.

The matter was reported to the Police at the Gender Section of the State Command. The operatives moved into action, arrested and detained the suspect for interrogation over his alleged conduct.

After rounds of interrogation, the Police found him culpable and consequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.

The charge read:

“That you, Ezekiel Olarinkoye ‘m’, on the 10th day of December, 2025. at about 1500hours, at Jagunmolu Street, Iju – Ishaga, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did defile the victim ‘f 6years by having sexual intercourse with her and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2015.
