A federal high court in Abuja has granted bail to Abubakar Malami, the former Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), in the amount of N500 million.
Delivering the ruling on Wednesday, Judge Emeka Nwite also granted bail to his son, Abubakar Abdulaziz Malami, and his wife, Bashir Asabe, each on a bail bond of N500 million.
Each of the defendants must provide two sureties in the same amount, who must own property within the Asokoro, Maitama, or Gwarimpa areas of the Federal Capital Territory.
