A female attendee at Hilda Baci’s largest pot jollof cook-off has shared her review after tasting the delicacy.
Hilda Baci commenced her highly anticipated largest pot of jollof rice cook-off on September 12, 2025, which dominated social media.
The record-breaking event featured prominent dignitaries, including Funke Akindele, who participated during the cook-off.
It would be recalled that Hilda Baci made headlines in 2023 for her record-breaking longest cooking marathon, which lasted 93 hours and 11 minutes.
She surpassed the previous record of 87 hours and 45 minutes held by Indian chef Lata Tondon since 2019.
Lady shares her thought after tasting Hilda Baci’s largest pot of jollof rice
According to the lady identified as Defolami on TikTok, she shared that she obtained the jollof rice delicacy around 2:20 a.m.
The video shared captures her tasting the rice, and her reaction aftermath.
“This is everything that I expected. This is nice”, She stated.
Hilda Baci’s Record-Breaking Jollof Rice Cook-Off
As earlier reported by Gistreel, Hilda Baci announced her record-breaking attempt for the largest pot of jollof rice on August 22, 2025, via an Instagram post, revealing plans to use a custom-built six-meter-wide pot.
At the recently concluded event held at Eko Hotels and Suites, she used approximately 4,000 kilograms of basmati rice, which is equivalent to 200 bags.
