The threads of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s scandal just became more entangled!
Their 15-year-old son, KJ, has been put in federal bracelets after scathing sexual assault allegations were made against him.
This comes amid Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann’s ongoing contentious divorce battle after eleven years of marriage. The pair welcomed four kids before their split, and the former pro-footballer adopted his estranged wife’s daughters from a previous relationship.
Zolciak and Biermann have found their way back into the spotlight as their teenage son has recently been slammed with serious allegations. The youngster is reportedly now in custody for alleged sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
The scathing accusations came from a girl who claims KJ assaulted her inside a gym changing area a few months ago. Obtained court documents show that an officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24, 2026, for a reported sexual assault case.
Reports obtained by TMZ show that the police launched an investigation into the matter and that an officer attempted to contact Biermann on May 14.
The officer revealed that he spoke to the athlete regarding the allegations on May 18, and Biermann said he would relay the information and discuss the matter with Zolciak. Investigations seemingly have been going on behind the scenes as KJ was arrested on August 17 and remains in custody.
Inside The Scathing Sexual Assault Allegations Against KJ
Police reveal that the alleged victim is one of KJ’s classmates. She and her father claim the incident occurred on April 23 inside a nearby gym. They also shared that, in her version of events, she was hanging out at the gym when she saw her friend, the reality TV star’s son.
He allegedly suggested they go to the co-ed sauna, and the incident occurred on their way there. Cops say that to get to the sauna, the teenagers had to walk through a family changing room, which is where KJ reportedly committed the crime.
According to the police report, she claims KJ started to get touchy without her consent. She alleges she told him no, but her words fell on deaf ears. He allegedly continued getting handsy with her and at one point forced her mouth on his p-nis. She also claims he digitally penetrated her v-gina.
The police report also notes that the alleged victim was examined at the hospital, and doctors did not find any evidence of male DNA in her mouth or v-gina.
