Davido’s aide, Israel DMW has openly criticized his ex-wife, Sheila, after a video of her at a nightclub surfaced online.
He expressed displeasure over the way she has handled their separation, alleging that she turned the divorce into a means of self-promotion rather than treating it as a painful experience.
According to Israel, Sheila’s conduct since the end of their marriage has been inconsistent, as she has positioned herself as a voice on marriage issues despite their union lasting only a few months.
He also faulted her for what he described as a lifestyle that contradicted the image she portrays publicly.
According to him, she pretends to be a good Christian, going to church during the day, but heading to the club at night.

Gistreel recalls that the couple got married in 2022; however, the union was short-lived with Sheila calling it quits in 2023.
She later lamented that she had supposedly been maltreated by Israel which prompted her to leave their marriage.

“To me divorce is something that should be very painful. But this girl saw it as a way of promoting herself. She come go dey monetize interview, dey give advice, for marriage you didn’t stay for 5 months. Na you come dey advice people now. You go carry Bible go church, but for night you go enter club. Thank God now the whole world has seen the reason why she left….”
