The President of the United States of America (US), Donald Trump, has caused a stir online after admitting that he is uncertain about his chances of making heaven.
The revelation came during a conversation aboard the presidential aircraft, Air Force One, where Trump was questioned about his earlier promise to end the war in Gaza for the sake of heaven.
Trump’s candid confession
In his response, Trump made a rare personal remark that has since sparked widespread reactions across social media platforms. Speaking candidly, he said, “I don’t think there’s anything that’s going to get me into heaven. I think I’m not heaven bound. I’m not sure I’m going to be able make heaven.”
The statement, which appeared to reflect an unusual level of self-awareness from the former US President, has been widely discussed, with many interpreting it as a moment of humility, while others viewed it as a controversial self-judgement.

Nigerians react on Social Media
Trump’s confession has triggered a wave of responses from Nigerians on social media, with many sharing their differing opinions about his statement and character.
Adebanjo said: “Honesty at its rawest form. Most politicians claim holiness, Trump just confessed humanity. Maybe that’s his first ticket to heaven.”
Defibns wrote: “A man that walks in reality…. not our Nigeria politicians, they go still believe say them go enter heaven 😂…”
Adegbite added: “If he’s not heaven-bound, then he’s hell bound and there will be more lively for him cos he’ll meet the top top politicians there 😂”
The Ceaser commented: “The admittance is a holy act itself. So, his honesty is better than that of Nigerian politicians who dance and sing in churches, while thinking their donations will make excuse for their rugged living at heavensgate.”
Chiamaka said: “True because the man is full of tricks, he doesn’t keep to his true word he does business with people and discard them. I mean there are so many facts. Should I go on and on and on about this man?
“So at the end of the day, he knows himself more than any other person and he’s just saying his truth. He just been truthful and for the first time I’ll be agreeing with him on this note.”
