A lady has stirred conversation after declaring she will not perform traditional household chores for her future husband, insisting her focus is on wealth creation and growing her business.

In a viral video, she argued that cooking, cleaning, and laundry can easily be outsourced, allowing her to dedicate her time to entrepreneurial pursuits and building financial independence.
“For crying out loud, our house is going to be so big, you don’t expect me to enter the kitchen when I could pay for a chef. You don’t expect me to do laundry or clean the house when I could hire services.”
She emphasised that marriage, for her, should be a partnership where both individuals contribute meaningfully, rather than one spouse being expected to fulfil all domestic duties.
According to her, in a home with adequate resources, performing tasks that can be delegated is unnecessary and counterproductive to long-term goals.
Modern marriage and the role of women
The woman shared insights about her online store, which she hopes will grow into a brand comparable to Amazon.
“Me and my husband are going to be multi-billionaires, so why worry over things we can outsource? If you find yourself washing, cooking, taking care of the kids, as a girl, you have nothing to offer. Loyalty should be enough,” she said.
She highlighted that by investing in services such as chefs, housekeepers, and laundry attendants, she and her husband can focus on expanding their wealth and securing a comfortable future.
