Charles Inojie, a veteran Nollywood actor, has addressed a common misunderstanding about his identity.
In an interview on the popular show Curiosity Made Me Ask, Charles Inojie said he is not an Igbo man. He said he is proudly from Edo State and specifically from the Esan ethnic group.
Speaking further, Inojie advised people who admire him to aim higher than his achievements. He said he always tells people who say they want to be like him that they should instead aspire to become greater than he is. He said while he appreciates the admiration, he prefers that younger people set bigger goals for themselves rather than limiting their dreams to his level of success.
