Nigerian singer, Hotkid has called out a show promoter, Brave T Tey, for allegedly using his name to defraud some people.
The fast-rising musician revealed that he was arrested by police over the crime committed by the promoter despite being oblivious of the act.
Hotkid who shared his ordeal via Instagram story, claimed that Brave defrauded different people of sum which totalled N10 million.
The ‘Otilo’ crooner gave the suspected fraudster a 24-hour ultimatum to refund the money to the victims or else he will ‘hate’ himself.
He wrote: “Accumulatively collected over 10 million naira from different people! They came to arrest me for money I had no idea about because of this @brave_t.tey. Oloshi oloriburuku! Naso people dey enter wahala wey no be their own oo.”
Sharing a picture of the show promoter in another post, Hotkid wrote: “Wanted! He is a thief! I’m giving you 24 hours to pay up the lady and everyone else you collected money from using my name, [or] else you’d hate yourself.”
