Hallelujah Challenge 2025 day 15 hits over one million views

The 2025 edition of the Hallelujah Challenge, a global online praise and worship session led by renowned Nigerian gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey, has broken records, crossing one million views during its 15th day session.

Over 1.2 Million Join in Midnight Worship

According to figures obtained from the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the combined viewership across major social media platforms YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok exceeded 1.2 million during the midnight worship on Wednesday.

The October session, now in its 15th day, drew massive participation from believers across continents, uniting Christians in intense praise and prayer despite geographical barriers.

From Living Room Worship to Global Movement

The Hallelujah Challenge began in 2017 as a spontaneous Instagram Live session led by Nathaniel Bassey.

What started as a quiet act of worship in his living room has since grown into one of the largest online Christian gatherings in the world.

The movement has continued to expand each year, drawing millions who come together to sing, pray, and share testimonies of deliverance and miracles.

Nathaniel Bassey: “It’s a Divine Move Beyond Planning”

Speaking on the continued growth of the Challenge, Bassey described it as a divine initiative that has far exceeded human expectations.

“What began as a simple act of obedience to host a midnight praise session has turned into a global altar of worship,” he said.
“Every time we lift our voices, we witness God move in powerful ways that transcend borders and denominations.”

He added that the movement’s growing impact proves that the power of collective worship remains strong in the digital age.
