Freshers spotted on their knees begging their lecturer to allow them back into the class.
The photo was shared by a netizen on the Federal University of Lafia Facebook group.
The reason behind the punishment wasn’t revealed, however, it was gathered that the students are 100 level students.
Freshers and overzealousness
Netizens have opined that the students are only being overzealous because they are still new in the university.
Others opined that they haven’t stepped out of their ‘secondary school’s mentality.

If you come across an harsh lecturer, people like HOD, if they ask you to come for 8am class, even as a part 5 student, you dare not be in the class before 8am. They will lock the door once they enter, and they will take attendance, if you don’t have attendance, you might not fail the course oo, but you no fit get good grade.
Who you complain to? School no go respond to your complaint, and the complain can even cause you a lose. Sheybi you got low mark nhiii, you may later end up carrying the course.
