Panic erupted at the United Bank for Africa (UBA) branch on Broad Street, Lagos Island, on Tuesday as a fire suddenly broke out.
Staff and customers rushed to safety as flames engulfed the multi-storey building.
In a video circulating on social media, employees were seen climbing out of windows with the help of a ladder provided by the Lagos State Fire Service.
One staff member was captured leaping from a storey floor in a desperate bid to escape the fire.
