Fidelity Bank Delays Release of H1 2025 Audited Financial Statements

Fidelity Bank Plc has announced a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2025.

In a notice signed by the Company Secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje, the lender informed shareholders, the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), and other stakeholders that the results are currently undergoing review.

Upon completion, the financials will be presented to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for regulatory approval before publication, in line with the NGX Rulebook and other applicable regulations.

The bank further reminded insiders and connected persons that the trading window for dealing in its shares remains closed and will only reopen 24 hours after the release of the audited half-year financial statements.
