The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Warri Federal Constituency, Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi, has congratulated Delta State Governor, His Excellency Sheriff Oborevwori, on his appointment as Director of Finance and Treasurer of the APC Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 general election.
Ereyitomi described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Governor Oborevwori’s leadership capacity, administrative experience, political sagacity and commitment to the growth and success of the APC.
According to him, the appointment at a critical stage in the nation’s political journey demonstrates the confidence reposed in the Delta State Governor to deploy his experience and organisational skills towards the success of the party’s presidential campaign.
He noted that the responsibility would require discipline, prudence, strategic thinking and effective mobilisation of resources, expressing confidence that Governor Oborevwori would bring his wealth of experience to bear on the assignment.
Ereyitomi further described the appointment as both an honour and a call to greater service, saying Governor Oborevwori’s inclusion in the APC Presidential Campaign Council would strengthen the party’s national campaign structure ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The APC candidate wished Governor Oborevwori wisdom, strength and divine guidance as he takes on the responsibility, expressing optimism that his contributions would help position the APC for a successful presidential campaign and victory at the polls.
He also reaffirmed his confidence in the leadership of the APC and urged party members and supporters to remain united, focused and committed to the party’s objectives ahead of the 2027 elections.
