The Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, has paid a condolence visit to the family of Malama Ummulkhair Usman, who was killed in Maraban Jos, calling for calm and restraint as authorities investigate the incident.
During the visit to Maraban Jos, the Emir commiserated with the bereaved family and offered prayers for the deceased. “May Allah forgive her, grant her Aljannatul Firdaus, and give her family the fortitude to bear this great loss,” he said.
The Emir urged residents to avoid taking the law into their own hands and to await the outcome of official investigations. He stressed the need for patience while government and security agencies take steps to ensure justice and maintain peace in the area.
The Emir’s visit is part of broader efforts by community leaders to console affected families and prevent a breakdown of law and order while authorities work to identify and prosecute those responsible.
