An elderly Nigerian man, Dr Dien Godwin Asuquo proves it is never too late to pursue one’s dreams as he earns an MBBS degree to become a doctor, years after bagging several nursing degrees and an MBA.
This was seen in several posts on Facebook, following his induction.
Dr Dien Godwin becomes a doctor
Prior to becoming a medical doctor, he had bagged a registered nursing degree, registered psychiatric nursing degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Despite bagging all these intimidating degrees, he had gone on to pursue his dreams of becoming a medical doctor.
A flyer of his induction was seen circulating on social media, revealing that he bagged the medical degree from University of Calabar.
Friends, netizens congratulate him
Netizens took to social media to celebrate with the indefatigable doctor on his new status as a bona fide medical doctor. Some drew inspiration from his success, opining that indeed, it is never too late to start whatever one wants to do, regardless of one’s age or time.
