Additionally, Trump accuses the New York Times of targeting his time on The Apprentice to further manipulate the election and betraying journalistic standards to push a fake narrative beneficial to the Democrats at any cost.

Donald Trump is demanding $15 billion in compensatory damages due to alleged harm to his reputation and is also seeking additional punitive damages to be determined at trial, along with legal fees.

Notably, Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos, which was settled for $15 million.

Additionally, he filed a lawsuit against Paramount over its “60 Minutes” interview with Kamala Harris, which was settled for $16 million.

He also filed a lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal, seeking $15 billion in damages for alleged defamation.
