Sani suggested that although feminists often discuss gender equality in society, he has yet to see any protest over the Nigerian Army not sending female soldiers to the war front.
He questioned whether the principle of gender equality applies to the battlefield.
In his words: “In my entire life, I have never seen a single feminist protesting why the Nigerian Army is not sending female soldiers to the war front. I wonder whether gender equality does not apply to the battlefield.”
