DKK Partners Limited says it has become aware of a publication by PM News Nigeria dated 30 March 2026, alongside similar reports circulating online, containing allegations relating to the company and its representatives.
The company stated categorically that “these reports are misleading, defamatory, and based on unverified allegations presented as fact. No court or competent authority has made any finding of wrongdoing against DKK Partners Limited.”
Furthermore, the company said, “DKK Partners Limited has instructed its legal advisers, Templars, to take
immediate action in respect of these publications and reserves all rights to pursue claims against any party responsible for publishing or disseminating defamatory content.”
“The company calls on all media platforms and individuals to immediately cease further dissemination, remove any offending material, and ensure responsible reporting based on verified facts.
“DKK Partners Limited remains fully committed to cooperating with any lawful investigation and is confident that the facts will ultimately vindicate the company and its representatives.
