Conoil Plc has announced a final dividend of N3.50 per 50 kobo share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to shareholder approval and applicable withholding tax deductions.
In a notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the company stated that the dividend will be paid electronically on 23 December 2025 to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 21 November 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend mandate with their respective banks.
Conoil disclosed that there will be no bonus issuance for the period under review.

The company encouraged shareholders who are yet to complete their e-dividend registration to download and submit the registrar’s mandate form via the Meristem Registrars website.
